Jo founded Delivering Better in May 2024 following her experience of a traumatic birth. Alongside being a mum, she leads the Education Practice at 100 & First, a people and culture consultancy, and also acts as a Strategy Adviser to schools and start-ups.

Sarah reached out to Jo a week after Delivering Better’s launch. Ever since her own pregnancy and birth, Sarah has been passionately advocating that there must be a ‘better way’ and was delighted that Jo responded to her DM on Instagram! Alongside working with Jo and Sophie on Delivering Better, Sarah works in Transformation and Strategy at London Stock Exchange Group.

Sophie has extensive expertise in advising leading national and international non-profits on campaigning - including Pregnant Then Screwed, Bloody Good Period and The ONE Campaign.

In addition to the core team, we're also assisted by our amazing volunteers who support with everything from research, to policy, to sharing their birth stories to help create awareness.
